As a therapist, I hold an intention for the highest good of each client to occur. I believe that intuition and creativity are at the heart of all successful therapy. I teach my clients methods of living that help them attain their goals. I provide caring feedback when useful. Empathy and respect are essential for people to grow and thrive.
I believe these things to be essential to a psychotherapist:
- Willingness to hear uncomfortable thoughts, fears and beliefs that a person may have about his/her life.
- Intention to listen without judging.
- Desire to understand by seeing the world through the eyes of the client.
